Our Bags Are Packed (almost)

Welcome back to all the fan of my and Annie's Venice blog, and to all our new guests!  This time it's the four of us -- Harold, Louise, Annie (now 9) and Daniel (13).  This time it's Rome.  We've rented an apartment -- "Casa Cleme" in the southern part of the city near San Giovanni in Laterano, for 9 nights.  We'll be breaking up our trip with a two-night jaunt to Florence and a day-trip to Pompeii.  Harold leaves on Wednesday the 15th, Louise and the kids follow a day later.  Our bags are packed, we have our wish lists done, and we're ready to go!
